AI Watermark Checker finds literal hidden characters and formatting. It does not determine who or what authored text, detect every provenance method, or claim to remove statistical or model-level watermarks.
What this checker can and cannot tell you
AI Watermark Checker detects literal, removable characters such as zero-width spaces, direction controls, soft hyphens, and non-breaking spaces. These may appear for many ordinary reasons, including web formatting and copy-and-paste behavior. Their presence is not proof that text was generated by AI.
The cleaner removes those formatting artifacts. It does not paraphrase content, bypass safeguards, validate authorship, or claim to defeat statistical or model-level watermarking.
