Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime
You can cancel through the customer billing portal. Access continues through the paid billing period unless the checkout or portal states otherwise.
Refund requests
If a charge was accidental, duplicated, or the paid feature did not work as described, contact support@aitextwatermark.com within 14 days. Requests are reviewed based on account activity and applicable law.
Processing
Approved refunds return through the original payment method. Bank processing time is controlled by Stripe and the customer’s financial institution.
